One staff member often responds to greetings with a rude “What do you need?” and shows little willingness to assist. On my first visit, after purchasing a battery, he made angry hand gestures as I was leaving, and on a later visit, when I confessed that "I don't know much about this car so I was just asking for your help", he said, “Then you should not be driving a car.” Such behavior is unprofessional and offensive, and it seems management is not ready to address these ongoing issues.
