When I dropped of the rental however they said they could not drive me to pick up my car from the shop even though that was a service they provided when I initially rented the car which I found confusing. It being Christmas eve I was very very lucky to have someone still in town who was willing to pick me up but in the case that I didn't I would've been in a bit of a tricky situation as Uber in this area is ridiculously priced.

Called back Wednesday to confirm my husband didn't need to show his ID. Was told when I got to Enterprise this morning that they did not have a large SUV on the lot for me. Instead tried to give me a Durango or Atlas. Worst business and customer service ever. Beware when making reservations that they may leave you high and dry. Awesome start to our family vacation. Thanks for nothing, Enterprise.
