It is so inconvenient for family and friends to get a parking spot to pick up a person from here! Everywhere is this "a-b" tag parking only. This other part of the lot is marked as this tag color parking only.

There was absolutely no communication from the company, and when we arrived at the location to pick up the car, the staff simply told us there were none available. This completely ruined our fall break trip that we had planned in advance. It’s extremely disappointing and frustrating — if there are no cars available, why allow customers to make reservations in the first place? Poor communication and lack of accountability made this a terrible experience.
