- MLMick La Lopa2 days ago5.0Love this place. Needed to upgrade headlamps and had great recommendations that I went with and the clerk installed no charge which they do for small repairs.
- JMJoe MeyerJan 31, 20262.0Staff are clueless, computer is system is slow, the wrong part comes up on Autozone's computer system. My wife made a trip to pick up a light bulb for a rear turn signal which should be pretty simple. The bulb she came back with didn't fit. I googled the bulb and it came up with 7440 (right part) everywhere except, on autozone.com, it came up with 7443 which is what Autozone sold my wife and didn't fit. So I go to exchange the wrong bulb and have the right bulb for an even swap $13.95 for $13.95. Simple, right? So the guy helping me is on his 3rd day, as he told me, and was getting intermittent help from another employee that was using the 3rd day guy's login/password to do work for his customer. That help he was providing didn't get us there. The manager, who informed us that she was helping there and it wasn't "her store" was outside for 10 minutes helping another customer and we had to wait for her to come help the new guy do a return/exchange, even swap. The computer then was saying please wait... for at least 5 minutes, twice. Failure. The "other store manager" finally told me to just go after like 30 minutes and she would figure out their inventory later. I then came home and swapped out my blinker bulb in a few minutes after a half a day of nonsense going to Autozone twice. I'll probably try O'Riley next time...
