  I’ve had great experiences with AutoZone in West Lafayette, and today was no exception. I came in to have my car battery checked because I thought it might be the reason my key remote wasn’t working properly again. Austin helped make the diagnostic process quick and easy and discovered that the real issue was a nearly dead key fob battery. He replaced the battery for me and even took the time to adjust some of the door locking features to my preference. He also listened to my concerns and shared some helpful maintenance tips! Thank you so much, Austin, for going above and beyond to help with the issue! And thank you, AutoZone, for having such knowledgeable and helpful staff!

  Lucas saved the day with my headlights! It was super cold and I could not get them fixed, and he made everything easy. He was very kind too! Highly recommended!

  Extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Came in for an engine diagnostic test and new wiper fluid. They clearly explained what the light meant and put the wiper fluid in my car for me. Great service!

  Big shoutout to Austin Moody for amazing service! I came in to return a battery and honestly expected some hassle, but Austin made the whole process incredibly smooth. He really listened to my situation and helped me out in a way that went beyond what I expected. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just getting through the day.
