I went to the Lafayette AutoZone, and they were super unhelpful. They sold me the wrong size screws and barely even tried to help me get the old ones off. I went to the Sagamore West Lafayette location, and I’m so glad I did. I’m so grateful for Xander (and Lucas). He went above and beyond, used every tool he could, and actually got the screws out. Then he let me return the ones I bought at the other store, helped me find the right size, and even screwed them in for me. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and helping me get this taken care of!
