- RBRick BarronApr 17, 20265.0Honest and knowledgeable. My daughter's car, who is away at college,had an issue which turned out to be a transmission issue. The manager called me and let me know. Didn't charge me anything. Hard to find a trustworthy shop now adays. It's comforting to know that a trustworthy business is in West Lafayette, having 2 kids at Purdue.

Both problems are still exactly the same, so I basically paid for absolutely nothing. What’s worse is the way they treat people. Completely disrespectful, dismissive, and zero accountability. No explanation, no effort to make it right, just take your money and move on. This place feels like a straight-up scam. If you like wasting money and getting talked down to, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
