  Very dishonest people. Car was taken in to have both front tires replaced they took my caps off the rear tires and deflated them by a few psi. They told me I needed new control arms when I had it looked at the control arms and ball joints were completely fine but swaybar links and tie rods needed to be replaced They would have easily seen that but they chose to not tell me the truth of what my vehicle needed. They also over inflated the new tires they put on as well. Just super dishonest people who will try to make you spend more money than necessary.

  The 1 star is for Lonnie. He was rude during the transaction and laughed at my questions. They had a sign on the wall talking about great customer service all I saw was a man belittling customers. Would not recommend, do better.

  Took my truck in to get tires put on made an appointment for 1. I was there at 12:45 they got my truck started at 2:15 and took 2.5 hours to finish. Then my passenger front and back tires started leaking so I made another appointment for 5 when I got there they told me it would be 1.5 hours they had 1 vehicle in the garage with 5 guys standing and talking and to top it off it was the value stems leaking the same thing from my original tires. Adding onto this post im back because the driver side in now leaking and it going to take another hour half it's like they dont care about someone having a bad experience...do not come here

  After a flat tire, I made an appointment for new tire install and was told the appt would take less than 60 minutes. I told them I needed to be back at work, so if it was going to take more than an hour, I would need to reschedule. They assured me it would take less than 60 minutes. To be safe, I scheduled it a full 1.5 hours before I had to leave for a meeting. I dropped my car off at 9a, and at 10:30a, my vehicle was *just* being driven into the garage to get started. A simple tire install ended up taking 2+ hours. I was not updated during the appt as to why my vehicle wasn't even moved into the garage until after 1.25 hours. I had to initiate the conversation and ask what was taking so long. There was no explanation or apology given and nothing offered to make up for the inconvenience in hopes of retaining m business. While driving away, I heard metal clanging in my trunk. I opened the trunk to discover they had failed to screw the spare tire back into the wheel well, and they left the jack, lug nut wrench, and tire kit loose in the trunk instead of stowing everything properly like a professional tire company should do. I notice that on all the negative google reviews, their PR person apologizes for the inconvenience (which is more than you get when you're there in person) and leaves it at that. I guess this is just how they do business. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to Belle Tire. A friend recommended Mr. & Mrs. Tire, so I will go there next time.

  Yesterday, we returned to our parked car to find one of the tires was visibly low on air. We were told Belle Tire (in Lafayette) had a free air machine, so we went to fill it. By the time we got there, it was flat. An employee came and looked at it and said it could probably be patched, but they were totally booked up and couldn’t get to it until the morning. We thanked her for looking at it and said we’d put the spare on and deal with the flat later, since we needed to pick our kiddo up from school. A bit later, we were struggling to get the flat tire off when a different employee came out to take trash to the dumpster. He helped us get our flat tire off and headed back inside. The next thing you know, he was back with Tools and helped us secure the spare tire and sent us on our way. Later, we took the flat tire to the West Lafayette Belle Tire to get it repaired. They said they’d patch it first thing in the morning and I could pick it up at my convenience. They even offered to get me a wipe, because carrying the tire got dirt on my clothes. Today I went to pick up the tire and they promptly put the fixed tire on and made sure everything was balanced before sending me on my way, all without charging me a cent. Many thanks to the kind and helpful staff at both Belle Tire locations! You made a crummy situation less stressful.
