He never said it cost $40 and I assumed it was included. I was pretty rattled as my car broke down in the road and I had to call roadside assistance, rearrange a dental appointment and call a friend to notify them why I would be late for our meeting. When I paid the bill I thought it seemed high but I assumed there was extra disposal fees or something. So I get to the car and see the donut tire had not been put back so I go inside and tell them. Later I see I had been charged the $40 without them mentioning it. At this point I just let it go as I had to get to my dental appointment. I check the tire pressure going home and the new tire has 46 pounds and should be 32. My husband adjusted the air to the proper amount and said the valve stem cap was missing. I appreciate that they could put a new tire on quickly but I was taken advantage of on the tire warranty and they lacked attentiveness to details.
