  made same day appointment which was great, was quoted one price but when i got to the shop was quoted a different price even though I gave the same information to the call center.. the guy at the front desk was just as frustrated as I was about the call center... The shop guys were good just frustrated with the call center

  5 stars for sure, one phone call of what happened and they had tire in stock arrived at store and I was in and out within 20 minutes or less….not sure who put the tire on but thank you. I’m back on the road and car is good for my job now….its rare to find a tire without appointments now days, and being my first visit at tire barn warehouse. I would definitely recommend them

  I came in back in January for four new tires and an alignment. I was given I believe three options for tires but they had what appeared to be a great deal on the Nexen tires- BUY ONE GET ONE FREE- I’ve never heard of a tire program or special like this but was very intrigued and was told they’d be the best tires for my vehicle. I was never told they’d have to charge me an additional $40 per tire since they were special ordered. I ended up paying $282 per tire. Some special! That’s the same price as if I had paid for each tire if I had gone with one of the other brands. Now let’s fast forward to my next issue with them. They have had me here now three times for my TPMS light. My daughter called and expressed I only have so much time off work and they said they could take care of the sensors on Presidents’ Day since I’d be off work. I got to my appointment to be told the good news is that the sensors are already installed on my vehicle but the bad news is that the manager left the dongle as he referred to it at his house so they wouldn't be able to reset the light but not to worry- THE SENSORS HAD BEEN INSTALLED and if I came back in Tuesday first thing they’d just have to program the sensors and I’d be on my way. Here I am missing a morning of work on Tuesday morning now watching them take my wheels off … almost as if those sensors I was assured were installed were not in fact installed. I understand things come up, especially in auto repair but communication goes a long way and I don’t feel that I’ve been communicated with well at all during this process. I’m extremely disappointed and will be looking for somewhere else next time I need tires on my vehicle.

  Need new exhaust system & valve covers. TOTALLY TRUST this Tire Barn in Warsaw In for over 15 years with 3 different vehicles & techs. Honest, reliable & great to work with. Just wish the corporation that owns them would get off their butts & give them the proper equipment they need to do the jobs. Ready to spend the $ at Tire Barn than be ripped off by others in the area.
