It was a small low to the ground sedan and being a 65 year old with severe back problems it was extremely difficult to get in and out of. It would have been nice to have a choice of another car but they didn’t have any other. This facility was a trailer in an auto repair shop parking lot with very few cars and only one person working.

On the day of pickup, the dealership informed us that the vehicle was unavailable. Instead, they provided us with a Mitsubishi, resulting in an additional $800 charge for a car that did not accommodate our accommodations. Faced with no alternative, we were compelled to accept the Mitsubishi. The vehicle was designed for five passengers, but we had to accommodate six people and luggage during our cross-country trip to California. Throughout the journey, we encountered numerous enterprises that offered to switch us out, but all were unable to assist us. Finally, a different enterprise permitted us to retrieve the vehicle we had originally booked. I strongly advise against this experience.
