Only a couple other folks were in there with me. Yet it took over 2 hours to get 4 tires replaced. I had an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early and they were able to take it right in. It was off to a great start. Then it just took forever. I watched the folks from the back come up and spend lots of time up front in the office, and this could have been 100% business needs, but the look of it was poor when we were waiting so long. The young gentleman who waited on me was professional, informed and kind. I did have to ask for my oil change voucher as part of their Christmas specials but people forget stuff and was quick to give me a card. Last complaint was the hand prints on the inside of my vehicle after I got it back.

At 4:40 I asked a helper if they going to get me in. He said in 10 minutes. Waited until after 5 PM. I told the manager to get my keys because looks like they were interested in taking care of issue. Very poor attitude of the manager. I'll be going to some place that wants my business.
