Truck gets there and the guy behind the counter says the "kid" that does the alignments cant align trucks just cars. Not only was it a waste of time now I have to wait another day to have an alignment. Why even offer tires and alignments if you cant do them on a truck? 2 stars because they answered the phone....

I had made an appointment for 11 am the day prior and when I arrived I was told they are hours behind. I didn’t collect my keys and leave until 2:40 PM. There’s no management. They can’t perform alignments because they don’t have a tech. They can’t check brakes due to a tech shortage. This could be an epic shop. However, it appears tire barn as a corporation has turned their back on this store.
