He spent some time looking up my history.....then told me I wasn't even close to needing one. He checked to make sure that it had the correct amount of oil in it....it did! He was very pleasant and didn't make me feel the fool. I have trouble reading the stickers they put on the windshield....... As usual the service was great!. There was no charge.
