  RATING , BIG FAT ZERO! I will NEVER go back or recommend Bell Tire. On 1/8/26 at 3:00pm, I went to get 2 new tires and 2 tire pressure sensors. Tyler was the employee, he told me I needed a transaxle replaced as well. I approved it. Tyler leaves for the day and Don takes over. He tells me my rear caliper which was new was dripping brake fluid. I've never had a leak, my driveway is clean. I left after 6:30pm. I live 4.9 miles away. Final cost $ 785.48. Braking leaving the lot, my brakes felt spongy. Stopping at the traffic light again spongy. I get on 49 bypass, my dashboard is flashing red, low brake fluid message. I exited 49 worried. Next red light my brake pedal was going to the floor, it was raining hard. I get into my driveway, and called the shop . Employee Garry answers the phone, I have no idea who he is and won't let me speak to a Don. Garry says they aren't responsible, and my car is old! My neighbor comes over to check the brake fluid....it's EMPTY! My driveway is clean, no sign of any leaks. I live in an HOA , community. If my car was leaking I'm sure I'd be required to clean it ASAP. Towed my car to Midas on Calumet, the next morning where they showed me damage and brake fluid all over the underside and tire. The cost at Midas $543.96 . My entire Social Security check is gone, I just got it on the 3rd. On 1/10/26 I went back to Bell Tire, Don was working. He argued with me they did nothing wrong. I stood firm what I knew to be true, my car has never leaked and my driveway is spotless. Yet he let me drive away after telling me of a leak. Not checking my fluid! I went to Bell Tire thinking I'd save money, but instead it cost me a month's pay, I could of lost my LIFE! BEWARE WOMEN, PLACES LIKE BELL TIRE PREY ON SINGLE WOMEN WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS! THATS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY. SHAME ON YOU!!

  They do not go by your appt time and promise time they will take people off the street before your appt time I say there ove 2 1/2 hours waiting and they still had touched my truck and then told me it would be another 1 1/2 to 2 hours HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

  Hello, I would like to share two of my experiences with the Valparaiso belle tire as I feel anyone with a young daughter should be aware. I have gone to this place twice, once to get my tires rotated and just recently to get an alignment check. Both times, this place has claimed one or more parts on my car need repaired and in the end they were wrong. For example, recently they told me I needed to replace my camber bolts to do an alignment and tried charging an extra 171 dollars. A couple days later I got a second opinion that said my camber bolts were in perfect condition and position. I believe this company has now tried to scam me twice since I am a young girl who appears to have no knowledge of cars.

  Belle Tire did an excellent job replacing my tires, doing my brakes, and an oil change. The price was great, communication was clear, and the work was done in a reasonable timeframe. Don, the manager, was a standup guy and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend! I’ll be driving over an hour to get my car serviced here no matter what.

  If I could give negative stars, I would. I made an appointment and they didn’t even start working on my car until an hour and a half after my appointment time. By the time they put the first tire on, I had already been there for almost 2 1/2 hours. I wasted my last hour of my almost 4 hour stay waiting for someone to do the alignment to find out the person who does alignment had already gone home. So I had wasted another hour waiting for a service that they didn’t even do. I will not be going back.
