After arriving, I called in with questions regarding a battery. Jolene consistently provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance, helping me to find the right parts and solutions. Jolene showed strong understanding of parts and created a positive store atmosphere. Due to the cold weather, jolene went out her way to assist me in the parking lot after noticing I had my daughter with me. To me this was the ultimate gesture that warmed my heart. She effectively diagnosed my needs and quickly identified the right tools for the job & diagnostic issue.

I walked into the restroom and there is feces all over the seat and walls! I just left and went down to the Family Express. It is really sad that a gas station has a much cleaner restroom environment....
