  What a day to snap a driver’s side windshield wiper blade - when it’s below freezing and there’s ice everywhere! All the thanks and pay raises and gratitude goes to Brian here who took the time to find me the right wiper blade and install it in the cold! Thank you Brian! You’re the best.

  Peace and Blessings to all readers of this comment. I recently went the autozone in Valparaiso and had a beautiful warm embrace that started with a phone call. After arriving, I called in with questions regarding a battery. Jolene consistently provided friendly, knowledgeable assistance, helping me to find the right parts and solutions. Jolene showed strong understanding of parts and created a positive store atmosphere. Due to the cold weather, jolene went out her way to assist me in the parking lot after noticing I had my daughter with me. To me this was the ultimate gesture that warmed my heart. She effectively diagnosed my needs and quickly identified the right tools for the job & diagnostic issue.

  Needed a new battery for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Went in on the coldest, windiest day this month. Within 30 minutes, Gus took out my old battery and replaced it with a new one. Back up and running in no time at all. Their service is outstanding!! I am so appreciated of Gus and Valpo Auto Zone.
