  I can’t say enough good things about Currie Motors Ford in Valparaiso! I was in a real pinch on Saturday 4/11/26 around 3pm with a nail in my tire, and after being turned away by businesses getting ready to close, Kyle in service and his team stepped up when I needed it most. They immediately understood my sense of urgency, got my tire fixed quickly, and had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. The level of professionalism, care, and efficiency was truly impressive. If you’re looking for quality customer service and want to be treated like family, Currie Ford Motors of Valpo is the place to go. Kyle was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Huge thank you to Kyle for going above and beyond on such short notice meant a lot to me. I’m truly grateful! I know I can count on them for my future vehicle needs!

  I have purchased many Cars from Currie Ford in Valpo and most time was treated great until I called a few days ago for an appointment for oil change & tire rotation. Anyway my Ford points were close to expiring and one day I stopped in there and bought cabin filter and air filter and wiper blades so I asked the service dept if they could install them for me since they remove the old ones anyway to blow them out. But I was told it would be $35.00 each to install the filters and $28.00 for the wiper blades. So I went to another dealer for my oil change and the filters and wiper blades we installed free of charge. So it looks like I found another ford dealer to go to. James Shelby North Judson,In Oh I almost forgot. I have a service contract so my oil changes are free.

  HUGE thank you to Brendan Rios and Jackson Carteaux for putting me in the car i’ve always wanted. They were both extremely nice and kind. They made thee entire visit super easy, explained everything in every detail you need. They were both very patient with me. The whole experience was a 100/10. Brendan was extremely knowledgeable with everything. I will definitely be coming back to buy another whenever needed.

  Ahmed did a great job of listening to our wants and answering all of our questions to ensure we got everything on our “must have” list. If he didn’t know the answer to our question, he did his homework and got us the answer. However, we were not impressed with the “old school” sales tactics used while negotiating like presenting us with a sloppy handwritten offer that is “Good for today only”, making us sit around while he “talked to his manager”, having several other “managers” talk to us to explain the pricing, etc, all while not being transparent on the price of the vehicle. We had to pay real close attention to their tactics. All of their negotiating was centered around trying to confuse the buyer by writing things down on paper quickly and then turning the paper over to continue drawing out why their offer was a “good deal”. They wouldn’t give you a chance to look over their offers. Every time the papers were taken with them and not left for us to review or compare. These tactics even extended into the “aftermarket” salesman whom after we declined, later offered another $1,000 off for his “Package B” (which we still declined). I feel that Ahmed (being our salesman) was performing as he was taught by his upper management team and in no way do I hold Ahmed responsible for the way this dealership still uses “old school” tactics to sell cars. I think it would serve them well to drop these sleezy tactics and treat people with more respect by being more upfront with their negotiations and remove the “smoke and mirrors” tactics. We did end up purchasing a vehicle from them and would use Ahmed again, but that is solely based on how Ahmed treated us and that I know how to see through their tactics.

  We had a great experience with Alex at Currie Motors, Ford of Valpo. He is affectionately known as “the magician” at our house because he magically made the truck of our dreams appear in minutes. We were searching for something harder to come by, and he found us the perfect new truck that had everything on our needs list, nearly everything on our wish list, and many bonuses. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient, and efficient. He listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions and explained information, fulfilled all of our requests, provided test drives of two different trucks, and had our truck detailed and us driving it off the lot the same day. We highly recommended Ford of Valpo and ask for Alex!
