  This place is horrible I wish I can give 0 stars. I’ve never left a review in my life but this is about the 3 rd time I’ve sat here for 5 hours waiting on something very simple. They gave me a price then apparently didn’t have a part then tried charging me more. They consistently try to get these poor women in here to buy more than what’s needed. Don’t come here if you’re a female because they will try their very best to get you to buy more than what you came for. I made a appt at 9am and the car didn’t go into the shop until 10:30 so there is no point to make a appt it won’t be on time. Make sure your off that day as well because you’ll be here all day. Go anywhere else on planet earth and it’ll be better than this.

  I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Read all their bad reviews. Bought four tires online and made an appointment to have them installed on my rims. Brought in my rims with the old tires on them to have the four new tires installed. I arrived about ten minutes early and immediately, the person at the front counter had me drive around to an open bay door and we unloaded the rims/tires. I was told about an hour to install the new tires. After an hour, I asked how much longer. He went in the shop and came back and told me a few more minutes. Another half hour goes by and I ask again. He goes in the shop and tells me they are on the second tire!?! WTH? I asked him if he thought this was acceptable. He said no and walked away from me. Another half hour later and my four tires were done. It is completely ridiculous to take TWO hours to remove the old tires from the rims and put new tires on and balance them. I had an appointment. What is the purpose of an appointment if it's going to take this long?? Like I've already said, I brought them in. They didn't have to lift the vehicle and take them off or reinstall them on the vehicle. Also, the next morning, before I drove my truck, I checked the pressure in the tires since they were so incompetent with the install. Yep...sure enough..they were all over filled. They were anywhere from 38-40 psi. That's 3-5 psi OVER what they should have been. There are a lot of tire places and I will advise anyone who will listen to go ANYWHERE else and avoid the complete clown show of Belle Tire in Valparaiso, IN. A good price isn't always a good deal.

  I made an appointment and dropped off my rims, less than an hour they called and tires were ready for pickup. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. I dealt with Eric, and Garry.
