Both times I called they were annoyed when I was just trying to get some basic details on time frame and process of doing things. The guy kept giving me different answers and ended up raising his voice on the phone. It was a part for a car they probably won’t ever sell to many people. I will never recommend this company, and I’m happy to take my business elsewhere. If I could rate ZERO stars I would.

And I said I will have to Think about that and call back because. I could get a new one for 300 and he told me “go get a new one then” real shitty like and hung up on me. I will NEVER buy from them again. Which I used to do pretty often because I am a mobile mechanic. In fact, I guarantee anyone I deal with won’t purchase from them as well. I will give deals on mechanic work if they go anywhere, but Archie’s that was the most unprofessional pathetic phone call I have ever had
