It should be disclosed that there is a $40 fee for taking the old tire!!!! I would have kept it for that price. Very displeased!

I called for an appointment 2/9/26 which was apparently an answering service. I provided the make and model of my vehicle. I was quoted 49.99 with a free tire rotation and vehicle inspection. When I arrived I was told the service would be 100 plus tax due to the vehicle needing full synthetic. I allowed the service to continue for convenience and needed an oil change. However, the vehicle did not require full synthetic. When I recieved the vehicle back, I asked about the brakes as they were listed to be checked in the point inspection. The tech stated the rotation wasn't completed and pulled the guy working the register out to look at the tires. They both returned to state that they all needed replaced. I asked if anyone was going to mention anything to me related to the service I paid for including an inspection and tire rotation they responded I guess not and stated it wasnt a big deal because it was a free service. (Rotation is listed with the full synthetic oil change as $29.99 I discovered later via website so not complimentary). I insisted the vehicle be taken back for the rotation. The window in the waiting area views the service area, it was visible as employees were looking in the window at me after the conversation. Then went outside as the tires to be disposed of were removed and doing burnouts in the parking lot when leaving. Once the vehicle returned. The front individual stated the checks came back fine everything looked good. Unfortunately, it is now only able to have synthetic and I cannot verify if services I paid for were legitimately completed or appropriate. He did apologize stating they're busy and always in motion so they didnt stop to look. I did state it was unacceptable, they are the tire barn and marketing a service that was not rendered. He shrugged his shoulders and said have a good day.

I have went to Tire Barn twice over the years for tire patches. The first time, I lived in town and they patched it for free (tire was not on car). The second time, I lived out of town and was visiting and I was charged but it was under $50 total (tire on the car this time). Both times it's been prompt and the leak hasn't reappeared. I really appreciate their promptness, especially since we were visiting from out of town and didn't have time to wait around.
