It is important to include your VIN Number to get the right part(s). In my case, they brought glass that should have had defrosting wires. It required a 3 day delay to bring the correct one. Fortunately my vehicle was in my driveway and we are a multi car family. That said - My biggest disappointment was the clean up. They claim to vacuum the glass shards. They did. But… a lousy job of it. My replacement was the rear window on my truck. After the repairman left, there were still shards left in the bed, on my driveway. Inside the cab, in the door pockets, and the carpet. I have grandchildren. The remaining shards were a hazard risk to them and anyone else. I and my wife had to vacuum all of these overlooked areas ourselves. It required good weather, Good health, a vacuum, quite a bit of our time and effort. (Another customer might not have any one of these at their disposal.)
