However, I had to reschedule my appointment due to my appointment being rescheduled without any notification of it being rescheduled from my original appointment date. The windshield repair was quick and great, yet after the tech was gone. I found a screwdriver, a plastic bag, and a random driver's license paper in my car. My mirror wasn't attached to the windshield and was hanging from the cord, and my glovebox was open and damaged, which I was able to easily fix. My car seat was also dirty with black marks on it. I understand being in a hurry due to weather but don't understand how the state my car was left was okay. Definitely unacceptable. The rain repellant, windshield wipers, and windshield are great. That's the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one.

I provided my address, zip code, and the address I wanted the service completed at. The second appt was done accurately. The service was completed, I was given a 4 hour window, of course, but the tech was still late. Wish companies were respectful with people’s time and listened while making appointments.
