They would not pick us up even thorugh they had 3 people there and lied to us on when a car would be available. Enterprise needs to give them classes on customer service and teach them not to lie to their customers. I would avoid this place and compnay at all cost.

Didn't have the car size I booked online but then again it was short notice. If this is a must for someone wanting to rent, be sure to book 7-10 business in advance to increase your odds of getting what you want. The only caveat from my rental experience was that consecutively, I've gotten a vehicle with an annoying rattling sound like something was loose. Had to crank the radio to mask the rattle. So my stars are based on Location, Staff, and Affordability. I will still continue to rent from this location and hope for no rattling.

- JFJessica FyffeNov 6, 20251.0ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE! We rented a 2025 Waggoner and on our trip the side wall of the back passenger tire blew out. We changed it ourselves because road side never called or showed up after hours of waiting. Then we call enterprise to see how they can help, they say we can exchange the car with another branch which IS NOT TRUE! And we would have to pay to have a new tire put on out of our own pockets then they can reimburse us, while the tire is being changed, the said it could take 3-4 hours for ONE tire. Which would leave us stranded without a vehicle in a town 500 miles away from home, so I call the terre haute branch to inform them of this and they said “I guess you’ll have to drop off the car for a few hours, I don’t know what else to tell you” not once did they say let me call another branch or a tire shop for you so we can get that fixed. They didn’t even inspect it before renting it to us
