  Our rental was amazing! It was clean and smelled so good! We spoke to quite a few members of the Terre Haute team on 41 and they were all knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve never been sad to return a rental but that was definitely the case this time! This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had from Enterprise!

  I would definitely not recommend this location for car rentals. Our insurance company set up our rental with them, and unfortunately, it was a nightmare from the beginning. The man had no idea how to rent the car. He met us at caliber collision to drop off the car. Thankfully, the lady at caliber collision was Able to assist us to where we could get the car rented. Right off the start they try to charge us $300. I had to call our insurance agent and he told us not to pay that money that they were taking care of it. Once we left with the car, the lights came on On the dash. One saying service needed oil change needed tires were low so we took it back to the rental car. Nobody was in the office to answer the door. We went next-door to the truck rental. The lady at the truck rental told us that that was totally normal. they just forgot to reset it and that we could reset it ourselves. We were told to leave the car at caliber collision and they would pick it up. Nobody emailed us called us. Text us nothing to let us know that the car was picked up. Thankfully the lady at caliber collision told us that the car had been picked up seven days later I called to find out why we didn’t receive our Deposit back. I was not sure if there was an issue with a car that we needed to address we had taken tons of pictures so I called to see what was going on. The Man told us that they had refunded our deposit and we should have it back in a day or two if we didn’t have it back within that time to call back. I did call back because I still have not received my deposit 10 days later. I asked for a supervisor, who, by the way was not helpful at all he was very sarcastic, which I thought was very unprofessional for a supervisor. It wasn’t until I told them that I was going to give them a bad review that he wanted to help me and his attitude changed very very unprofessional. He told us that we would not be getting our deposit back until he was able to get a hold of the insurance company and that the insurance company was holding them up from giving us our deposit back, but that’s not what we were told three days prior. I definitely will never rent a car for this company at all. I don’t care where it’s at. I think this did the deal for me. I have rent cars from a few other rental companies and I have never had issues with the cars I’ve never had issues with the staff being unprofessional and I’ve never had issues getting my deposits back. I would just be very cautious before renting a car from this place.

  Needs a larger fleet, but they have great service when they actually have the avaliability. You may stuggle to get a car however when you attempt to book short notice. Clean and modern cars.

  This is the worst place for customer service. I would run from this place. They would not pick us up even thorugh they had 3 people there and lied to us on when a car would be available. Enterprise needs to give them classes on customer service and teach them not to lie to their customers. I would avoid this place and compnay at all cost.

  Renting out of Terre Haute, IN. South US HWY 41 location. Staff was polite and professional. Didn't have the car size I booked online but then again it was short notice. If this is a must for someone wanting to rent, be sure to book 7-10 business in advance to increase your odds of getting what you want. The only caveat from my rental experience was that consecutively, I've gotten a vehicle with an annoying rattling sound like something was loose. Had to crank the radio to mask the rattle. So my stars are based on Location, Staff, and Affordability. I will still continue to rent from this location and hope for no rattling.
