- DHDon HixonApr 16, 20264.0Plenty be of people to help in the shop and the customer area. Clean and friendly environment. Only reason for 4 star was my valve stem cap was stuck on and they cut it off without asking or letting me take it off. Now we have to replace the TPS and get recalibrated. For the cost of tires, alignment should be included. Minor issues but overall better than some other places I have used. We will go back.
- JCJustin CottrellApr 14, 20261.0Came in for an appointment for an alignment. I arrived early checked in. Then I waited 2.5 hours for them to say they broke a bolt and can’t do the alignment. Then tried to charge $362 to fix their problem! Do not go to Terre Haute BELLE TIRE!

However, since we were leaving for a trip and were concerned about driving it, the technician actually left the counter to drive it around briefly. It happened to be something very minor, and he actually fixed it for free. My only regret was not getting his name. Thank you so much!! We'll consider returning, just not on a Saturday and will make an appointment.
