I ask alot of questions and they answer with respect, they don't make me feel silly for asking, and they don't pressure me to get things done if I cannot afford it at the moment. I always feel well taken care of here, been a customer for about 5 years now.
- MPMatt Peglow6 days ago1.0The techs at the Saint John Indiana location spilled oil all over the place under my hood and stripped the drain plug and didn’t tell me so the next morning, I had oil all over my garage floor. Additionally it cost me another $100 to put in another drain plug and a whole new oil change. Never again unless financial incentive is granted to me to give a different location a try.

These guys are why I keep coming back to this location in St John. Great job and give these guys a raise!
- RGRick GabeMar 23, 20261.0Terrible, it took 45 minutes for them to complete a full synthetic oil change. They told me I needed a new air filter then told me they didn’t have one. Then they couldn’t figure out how to put it back together. They finally said the job was done. I went in parking lot to see what they had done and the filter box was not together correctly, I was able to correct it. Paid way too much money for such incompetence.
