Seems the company does want to make things right with me, so this made me a lot happier customer. Summit Auto was pleasant to deal with and they seemed to have done a tidy install. My problem was with intoxalock. They quoted me $125 and it ended up being $200 by the time I was out the door! Also, obviously had to get someone to drive my truck there and drop me off. Intoxalock advertises 1-2 hours for install, however, Summit said it was a drop off only, so had to get a ride home and then back later to pick up. Wasted a friend's day off because of miscommunication. Wanted to call about price difference, but the so-called direct line and extension would Not take me back to the guy who told me all the lies to begin with.
