- JWJustine WebbApr 21, 20261.0First time renting from this location. They didn't have any vehicles available initially when I needed one. One became available in the afternoon. The car was in poor condition. Dents and scratches everywhere. They said I could bring it back in the AM for a different vehicle. I did the walk around and pointed out the dents and damage I could see. I drove to my office, then my house where the car was parked in a garage. When I returned the vehicle the next morning, they said there is a dent that wasn't previously documented and it is now my responsibility to get it fixed. I would not rent from them as this clearly was just a way to get the vehicle fixed on my dime (or my insurance's dime since they knew this already was an insurance claim). Luckily, I took my own pictures of the vehicle and submitted to my insurance.

They very understanding helpful and with great customer service everyone in their need a raise include the branch manager. I work for the city of South Bend and I’ll let all my coworkers know that if they need to rent a car truck go to this Enterprise
