  I got my oil changed in and out very fast checked a lot of things on the car including lights and tire pressure. Very professional. I will come again.

  Whole service was filled with complaints about my car and the difficulty servicing it. I told the lady I usually take it to nissan but recently moved here and this place is 3 mins from my home. She told me to take it to nissan next time probably 5 times with a smirk on her face. Not a good way to get recurring business. I'm a small business owner and would never treat a new customer that way. Not sure if they've ever serviced an infiniti but seems like that's a no. Will not be going back. I also paid for a full service and they didn't change my cabin air filter or my turbo filter. The receipt says they checked both. They didn't even look at them. I'm used to a much better level of service. Not entirely sure what I paid $130 for other than some oil and passive aggressive jokes. Only reason I give them a 2 star is they did identify a small oil leak coming from my pan for me and told me about a Nissan dealer 20 mins from here. I'll be taking it there from now on. I would not recommend them Edit: I now believe either A. The leak just started or B. They caused the oil leak. They were complaining about my change the whole time, so it wouldn't surprise me if they messed it up. I have not had oil spots on my garage, until now. Theres a fresh drop spot but no stains. I also hadn't had my oil changed in 6 months (fully synthetic). If there were a leak, I would have seen oil spots in my garage.

  Had a quick an easy oil change with very friendly staff! They pulled the code on a check engine light for me as well. Make sure to call ahead to see if there’s a discount code in their voicemail!

  Excellent manager and employees. Very professional and efficient. About $30 higher than most others providing same service. Not saying I wont go back but looking for a little better price. $156 for a oil change is a little high. Even for 8 quarts of full synthetic. $125 would be a good deal. If it wasn't so cold out I'd do it myself. I'm satisfied though.

  Started off unpleased I came yesterday for an oil change, brakes and rotars...was quoted a price ended up being more and then was told two calipers were bad so the fee went up again. I got here at 11:30am exactly and left after 6 hours....no one kept me upto date except for maybe 3 times during the whole process...I then was told it was fixed and safe to go home and they knocked off a percentage for the inconvenience....I had to go home with soft breaks that barely wanted to stop and come back the following day with my husband...we spent over 3 hours waiting before we were told the caliper they replaced yesterday was no good so they have to fix it again, and again after 3+ hours no one updating us as to what is going on, but from what we can see and hear they are still messing with our truck, no updates, not fixed and sounds like getting worse...very upset my truck was fine till I came here, it stopped, towed and felt fine till I came here....I have spent 11+ hours here between 2 days and still am in waiting room....I want my money back for them making my truck worse and all my time....All of this happened and thr manager on duty today David, was focused and determined to get it fixed...we appreciate the dedication and no quit attitude.
