I love renting cars or trucks from this Enterprise On Michigan Street in South Bend, Indiana. The staff and a branch managers are so great. They very understanding helpful and with great customer service everyone in their need a raise include the branch manager. I work for the city of South Bend and I’ll let all my coworkers know that if they need to rent a car truck go to this Enterprise

Me and my husband got a rental car on Oct 8th to take our daughter to an out of state doctors appt. The time that we spent there with Matt (I believe e that was his name) was quick and easy. He let me use my Indiana license and my husbands debit card because he said it shouldn’t be an issue since we are married (my husband had a California license). We got a nice SUV that fit all 3 of our kids. The rental was returned maybe an hour late the next day with no scratches, dents or issues.
We had to go to another appt on Tuesday, October 14th. My husband went in thinking that we could get the rental quick and easy like we did just 6 days prior. He comes out saying that another guy told him that the first guy wasn’t supposed to do what he did and that he couldn’t help us, there was nothing he could do. We had to miss my daughter’s second specialist appt.
Then today I called because we thought we found a solution with a card (I have tap to pay). Google said that Enterprise accepts tap to pay… I call and they said no. All together we enjoyed our first experience with Matt, but overall apparently everybody at this location is confused about the policies and that’s frustrating for customers.

This location has been taking care on my rental needs on a monthly basis for over two years. I feel bad for Jacqueline that she trains new hires and once they are trained they get moved to another location . However, you never hear her complain. She is a great asset to Enterprise organization and I enjoy working with her.
