  Made a reservation days in advance, received a phone call 6 minutes before my 9:00 AM pick up time to inform me not only did they not have the vehicle size I reserved, they only had a Toyota Corolla for the day which was at Jiffy’s auto shop being serviced. Extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and out right disrespectful. I had a very important appointment to get to which I’ve now missed. Even called back 4x to see if the Corolla was ready to no avail. Would not recommend this location at all.

  The rental car was excellent, no issues whatsoever. The guy who helped at dropoff and pickup was friendly and helpful, and even helped quickly and easily make a change to my rental in the middle of the rental period. Definitely a good experience for my first time renting a vehicle. I'd come back here to rent in the future.

  Really friendly location. We returned the car just at closing and the employee there visiting from their Mishawaka location was wonderful - helped us out quickly and even let us stay in the warmth while waiting for our Uber. After a bumpy departure from the Midway location we were so grateful for a smooth experience.

  I’ve been a corporate member of Enterprise for years and have quite literally spent tens of thousands of dollars here. The branch manager Morgan Martin was far and away the worst manager I’ve come across. She was simply rude and nonchalant while she denied me service for having a paper ID that was unexpired even though I also had a passport to verify my Id. I showed her how this was permitted on the official Enterprise website as long as there were other documents verifying my identity. I had also rented a rental car the week before from Enterprise with this same ID and Morgan was the one that helped me return it. She ignored the website info I showed her and simply said it was “their policy” not to allow this. I asked her to show me and she showed me absolutely nothing, despite me showing her on the official Enterprise website that it was permitted (https://www.enterprise.com/en/car-rental-faqs/us-renter-requirements/drivers-license-requirements.html). Strongly recommend avoiding this enterprise specifically because of this manager. The one on Edison was far better in every way. To top it off, I went home to get my old state ID and I was called personally by an alleged member of the management team. I was told I was not welcomed back regardless. “Mike B”, who wouldn’t reveal his identity until I had to call him back and his voicemail gave it to me, threatened me and said I was “treading on thin ice.” I kid you not. I never said anything rude or threatening. Did I speak in a frustrated tonality, sure. But none of their response was warranted. I’m going to do everything in my power to escalate this to corporate. I’m in disbelief about how unprofessional they acted.
