I was omw out the door, he stopped me, fixed my issue and even remembered taking my call earlier that day. I was able to get air in my tire after 3 other shops refused to do it because of the life of my tires and a broken valve stem. He then gave me a price on 2 new tires and took my car in immediate for an oil change. I will always choose Belle Tire on S Michigan if Clayton is working. His customer service was impeccable. This review is for Clayton because I am leaving a happy, satisfied repeat customer.

He patiently listened to my issue and immediately took steps to resolve it! (Car was pulling to the right for whatever reason) He had them rotate the tires and adjust alignment. I left a very satisfied and grateful customer once again!

But before he helped me, I watched him helping a younger kid, even setting up a ride for him to get home. Cory and his team went above and beyond my expectations. I came into Belle tire for an alignment. I’m not a huge fan of corporate businesses. I typically go to individually owned shops. But my mechanic doesn’t have the equipment to perform alignment adjustments. When they checked my alignment out, they weren’t able to adjust it due to loose parts. After they gave me the diagnosis, Cory gave me an estimate. I had to go to another appointment, but after I left, I made the call back to see how quickly they could get the work done. I decided to go back, and I’m glad I did. I actually already bought pads and rotors to have changed on my vehicle, but I am returning them because Cory and his team got the job done. I’ve been in business and I know how vital it is to have good leadership that you can trust. Cory is that kind of guy.
