I called and spoke with Shawn and unfortunately the car I had found had just been purchased. Shawn told me about the exact same car in another car was still available but just out of my price point. He worked with me on the price, texted me pics, and answered a lot of questions. He was very professional, polite and extremely helpful. Two days later, after making a small deposit to hold car, I drove to South Bend and purchased it. When I arrived the car and paperwork were ready and the terms were exactly as we had discussed, no surprises. It was quick and Shawn was very thorough with the process. I’d actually probably drive there again for my next Mazda! Very happy with my experience!
