They gave me some other lame explanation as to why they could not process my returns; in the end, they flat out did not want to process my returns. I chose this store because it is not too far from my house. I ended up having to go to another AutoZone who processed my returns with no issues. Since they claim to be the "slowest store" in South Bend; I will be the "slowest customer" and not go back to this store.
