The best part about the whole experience is the car that I went there to look at (BMW) ended up not being quite what I wanted, but Mark ask me a couple of questions about what I was looking for, and ultimately put me in an Audi that checked all of the boxes and then some. There was no rigmarole and no "Let me talk to my manager" BS. It was so refreshing to have a car buying experience that didn't feel icky, If you know what I mean. He was honest and straightforward which made it very easy to do business with him. The car that I ended up buying is freaking perfect for what I need. I also noticed while I was there that all of the cars on that lot were high quality more premium brands and the prices were absolutely fair and reasonable (possibly even a little low / competitive?). I would 100% make the journey again to do business with this dealership. And that is saying something because it's almost a 3-hour drive. Highly recommend!
