Counter staff was friendly since it's not their fault, just mismanaged or short staffed. If you return the car late, do they give free time, nope! Had to give a 4 stars, clean newer car and staff was fantastic.

The guy wouldn't give his name to us and told us he didn't care that they had a reservation for us but no car. The lady just laughed at us and smiled her nasty teeth at us. I will NEVER use ALAMO for car rentals after this experience.
