  Great Place. Great People. Above all, they are honest. I had a few things wrong with my vehicle and they lifted car back up in an air so I could look and it was exactly what they said. 10/10 Good place to do business.

  Clayton was a great example of hard worker not only did he get me in and taken care of but I also noticed him moving cars and taking care of customers besides myself at the same time he’s a great example of leadership and leading by example.

  It was not what I expected from a tire place (which offer more services then tires), because i returned today with the work wifes car, their personalized approach to service was more than i expected, from the start Clayton understood my cars issues with brief description, and trying to find me the best options in consideration to my needs and budget, not trying to sell me something i did not need. The storeroom was clean, comfortable amenities, every staff member was genuinely polite and happy. I watched the crew from behind the window, they were engaged in the work, laughing while working together and itently focused on their assigned vehical. Clayton moved a showroom bench outside for a customer, as it was a bit chilly inside for the customer, all this without being asked, just by listening to the room. The service time for diagnostic and service review was relatively quick and professional in their delivary, yet offered consideration and acknowledgement of the customers expectations and needs. No questions were needed after the diagnostic consultation. Feeling informed and offered options. I chose to go with their certified services, given a reasonable time frame of 35 minutes, which in comparison to other places in the past, i was out of a vehical for a day or two for even the simplest of services. In less than 30 mins my vehical was done. In addition, they plugged my tire which i did not know about and aired all my tires all the way around and replaced some faulty lugnuts that i originally came in to be serviced. During check out, I was offered reassurance and information that may help me in the further future, and a voucher for s free appetizer at the local steakhouse. Overall, the service was beyond exceptional and recommended for anyone that are not car savy and need trusted advice to help make an informed decision for your vehicle, budget and peace of mind.
