  The van we rented was exactly what we needed. The check in and return process was very easy. We will definitely use Alamo again!

  Your pricing is misleading because of all the hidden fees that are added later. All costs should be included in the advertised price so customers can make an accurate comparison. Advertising a low price and then adding multiple extra fees afterward feels deceptive. Additionally, I was charged a one-hour late fee even though the billing cycle is 24 hours. The return date occurred during daylight saving time when the clock moved forward by one hour. Because of that time change, I technically had the vehicle for only 24 hours. Charging a late fee in this situation does not seem fair.
