After first stopping at a shop that could not help him, he was directed to this Goodyear Auto Service. The Auto Service was incredibly thorough and patient with my friend. Hanna, at the front desk, even knew some American Sign Language, which helped my friend feel even more confident as the mechanic, Arthur, searched out the problem. I can not say enough about the professionalism, kindness, and thoroughness at this Goodyear store. Thank you for taking care of my friend who was so far from home.

Brought it in and all was what he said and they were super friendly! Totally recommend!!

Was told I needed upper a arms ball joints and serpentine belt. I commute 40 miles one way back and forth to Shelbyville. I asked if they had an opening on Friday morning which would be the start of my weekend. I was told absolutely will set you up. I asked are you going to order the parts and have them ready to fix my truck Friday morning? Oh yes we'll have it all set up, until I didn't receive an email and now it's Thursday! So I just called to say am I set up to get my truck fixed tomorrow, and oh no, we're not ready to work on that! So my review for Goodyear in Shelbyville Indiana is negative!
