    We took a family vacation in September. We had rented a luxury SUV. When we got there the vehicle was smaller than we expected. Derek went above and beyond to get us into something bigger to fit our needs. Within a couple of hours he had found a bigger vehicle and we were able to swap out prior to leaving. Our family is so thankful for him.
