    I want to share about how this company/ location does not take care of their customers who have problems with their products. It has been a few years in the making for this as it all happened back in 2023. I had bought brake parts for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I purchased front and rear brake pads, rotors and calipers and had them professionally installed at a local shop. That was in April 2023. In December of that same year I experienced a brake caliper failure on the rear end. The caliper bracket snapped sending the brake caliper into my wheel shattering the wheel instantly. This happened on a Sunday afternoon and I limped it several blocks back to the that did the original install. I went to the store on Monday morning and inquired for the caliper and brakes that needed replacement under warranty. I requested the store to deliver them to the shop so they could pick them up and process the warranty on them which they did. I also made comment about filing a claim for the lost wheel. The AutoZoner said they would have to contact their TSM about doing that. I said ok. I got my Jeep back after all repairs was made and inquired to the store about reimbursement. I was speaking with the store manager at this time. He said he would need the parts to do a claim of which I stated to him that they were in possession of the parts i had never handled them. On another visit to the store to make inquires they stated that they didn't have the parts anymore they had sent them in. The store manager said he would have to check with the district manager about it and let me know. Then when i inquired again a few days later he said he hadn't heard anything but would inquire. This went on for about six or so weeks until he kinda got snippy about it and said I would have to take it to the district manager as it was above his pay grade of which i knew better.This whole thing went on for over a year with calls or contact with two store managers, two TSM's, two district managers and the regional manager. I provided to both district managers with invoices as they had requested with no results. I even submitted pictures of the destroyed wheel and one half of the caliper bracket. I finally gave up which is what i think they wanted especially since i am a former employee. Their product destroyed an $1100 factory wheel plus the TPMS sensor i had just replaced a few months prior. This company does not live up to what it claims.

    Has a great selection of items for all your auto needs. Stopped in on my bike and got a pair of gloves and glasses for the ride home.

    Went inside to get a part. Was told you didn't have it but Scottsburg did but you couldn't get it. Then was told we could drive to Scottsburg and get it if we needed it. My husband said he'd go to O'Reilly's and see what they could do since your employee didn't seem to care to help. Your employee said ok, yea sounds good. When there's other competitors right up the road, you'd think our business mattered. O'Reilly's helped, ordered the part within 24 hrs, no issues and super friendly.
