  The battery i purchased wasn't the size I needed despite the salesman at the store told me it was the one for my car before I purchased it. The new battery was ½ the size of the battery in my car. When I returned it, I was told it wasn't even the right battery despite my car can take 2 different sized batteries! How's a woman supposed to trust the guy behind the counter when he can't do his job right the first time?

  Anthony was fabulous! The dreaded "Key Fob Battery Low" message appeared on my dash today and thanks to his help, I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes with a working key. Fast and with a smile-I could not ask for better service. Thank you, Anthony and AutoZone for getting me back on the road with no problems!

  I was not planning on leaving a review but I guess I should. I will try to keep this short. I didn't spend a lot of money but you all had what I needed. My daughter had an oil change done and also asked the repair place to please check her Heat. Her AC was fine, Blower fine, just no heat. Taking 40+ minutes to defog the window. The repair place quoted her $1500 saying she had a coolant leak in the Central Gasket? What is that? Her car had no leaks and needed an $8 Thermostat and Flush, so a gallon of Anti-freeze $14.
