  The Schererville store appears to be understaffed. While the staff is polite, friendly and knowledgeable, the wait times for simple services took considerably longer than expected.

  The technician Steve Purcell was a very knowledgeable and very helpful. He is the alignment tech and he was the best technician i have ever had the experience was unforgettable and I will recommend him to all my family and friends

  Trell provided excellent customer service. I unexpectedly needed a tire sealed and had to buy a tire, after enduring two flat tires in one day which was overwhelming. Trell explained my options in terms that I could understand which I really appreciated. The only two drawbacks I experienced was an extremely long wait time and the restroom need some attention.

  I came in with a flat tire that I had bought from tire barn and they honored their warranty by patching it. As simple as that sounds, it is refreshing that I was not pressured for an upsell or to buy a new tire.

  Very poor customer service. I scheduled my appointment online a week out when I got there they informed me that my tires that I had picked out a week ago were not in stock and not available. When taking my tires off they informed me that some of my lug nuts were bad which they were it's a ford, I love my Fords I do not like the lug nut Choice with the Chrome covering, they said they do not carry the lug nuts that I would have to walk over to a auto parts store to get lug nuts for them to do the job. Once the job was completed I paid my bill and then I walked around my vehicle, I found two valve stem covers missing, notify them of that they fix that and then when I got in the vehicle to leave I found they did not reset my TPMS sensors. They came out with the tool to reset it but they could not understand or figure out how to reset the TPMS on my truck I had to walk them through how to reset the TPMS. To top it all off I have vibration in the front that I didn't have before, I don't think they balanced my tires correctly now I have to take it back and have them checked. I will have a different location do the balance check.
