You really couldn't ask for better service. I recently moved back to the area and brought my vehicle in for service. I was welcomed by Amber, a service advisor, who was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. She took care of everything and made me feel like a priority even when they were slammed with customers. The tech also did a great job and did what they could to get me out of there as quick as possible. Needless to say this will be my go to place in the future!

Disappointed. BUYER BEWARE!!! The day after I drove my new car off the lot I had a low tire pressure indicator. Sent the screenshot to the sales person and asked for them to check that when I come in for an add on.
Thought that happened, however thereafter, every 2-3 weeks I had to top off - regardless of temperature....
This time I asked again and showed them proof of the previous report to them. They clearly didn't care.
They are not doing anything to help this situation. They offered to sell me new Yokohama which I would definitely NOT buy. Sub-standard tire. Now they are saying I should have purchased a tire warranty and that I evidently declined that during the finance process - I wasn't even aware they had that - so shame on me for not spending several more hours at the place to actually review every word on the contract prior to signing. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT BUY FROM ZEIGLER AGAIN
I started contacting Subaru since this is the 3rd Subaru that we had to replace tires on within the first few months. I would consider these Yokohama tires absolute LEMONS.

I wanted to take a moment and show my appreciation for the outstanding service I recently received at this dealership. I recently purchased a used 2014 Honda CR-V. While I knowingly purchased the vehicle without a warranty, the vehicle immediately began having serious issues. When I reached out to the dealer, I must admit I was prepared to be met with, "Sorry, there is nothing we can do for you".
To my surprise and delight, I was informed by the service manager, Tori Shelper, that the dealer would cover the necessary repairs free of charge. Furthermore, a loaner was provided during the duration the vehicle was in for service.
In an age where everyone is trying to maximize profits with minimal effort they truly stand apart. Thank you for standing behind this vehicle. You, your team, and the Zeigler Family should be commended. Thank you.

Went in for a scheduled oil change took an hour and a half, acted as if it was normal tried stating there was an oil leak because there was oil residue on the cover which I know was old from when I worked on my vehicle. They did reach out and tried to talk to me I’m not interested in anything free, and wouldn’t recommend unless the service is free with purchase of new vehicle. Other wise do work your self or a local mechanic.

We bought a certified used car, but through the process we were lied to and deceived multiple times. I approached these issues with the finance manager when we were finalizing the deal, and he said he would address the issues with the younger salesman. After we took receipt of the vehicle, we noticed the actual mileage was inaccurate after asking the finance manager to confirm before signing, and he said the salesman confirmed twice. I tried emailing, calling, leaving voicemail, taking their survey, but never received any acknowledgment of my concerns after we left the lot. They sell a lot of cars - and they may have some very good salesmen - but we have yet to receive post-sales communication addressing our concerns. I hate to take issues like this public, but I'm out of options with no reply for multiple weeks. Buyer beware!
Oh and don't get me started on the LoJack and Z-Guard. We did not want those services, and had a deal with the cost of those removed, then the sales manager comes over and starts all over about how they already installed those products and can't waive the fees. Their sales team is not transparent and expects you to just accept hidden fees. In the end we did not pay for them, but we wasted hours of our Saturday negotiating and re-negotiating around hidden fees.
