  I had an oil change and tires rotated.They also replaced a bad tpm.Everything was good until I went to my car.My seat was covered in grease.I went inside and told the manager and mechanic and he said I’m sorry I will take care of it.The mechanic had a squirt bottle and paper towels.After about 3/4 minutes of squirting and wiping it was clean.It left a smell of some type of cleaning solvent but I was tired and going home. After about 5 to 10 minutes, I noticed my butt was burning and my upper leg. I called the shop spoke with the manager Terrell and explained I think I’m getting a chemical burn.He said we use window cleaner to clean grease normally.Well I told him this was no window cleaner and I might have to go to see a Dr.He said ok and good bye.I went home and after a shower put neosporin on it.It still burns some and a faint Oder of the solvent still in my car.This could have turned out a lot worse.I don’t think I will be returning.Ive tried this was the 4th time and something was wrong with each visit.I have pictures of the burn but didnt feel they were appropriate to publish!

  My family and I are very pleased with the superb customer service we received. In the past two weeks we have bought new tires for our son's car, and have had an alignment and other services performed on my car. We'd like to give a special 'shout-out' to Gartrell and Jose for making our experience, a great one! 😊👍🏼

  Service was expected & professional i would choose tire barn every day of the week for repairs and the price wasn’t bad. Recommend 10/10

  We had a great experience at the Schererville location. Terel was extremely professional and went out of his way to make sure we received the best deal possible. We were buying two sets of tires at one time so there was considerable expense involved. We really appreciate the service that our daughter and Son in law received when they brought their cars over to have the tires installed. Would highly recommend the Tire Barn Schererville location. Great job and Thank you so much.

  I had four tires replaced on my 2015 Audi. Mr Howard took care of me when I called and went in. Patiently priced me three different options and answered all my questions. They were fast and had my car ready by 2pm the same day. I had two other tire places never return my call, so customer services was attentive here at Tire Barn. I don’t hope to be back anytime soon haha but if I do, I’ll go to Tire Barn in Schererville.
