After 20 minutes realized they had zero workers working. Inquired again with Rep, who turned out to be the Mgr. I initially talked with, although he never introduced as such, and was told worker called off. They had zero workers at the shop, but they're taking in customers? I took my keys back and left.

That's bullshit hope you pay them good. While I was waiting for my vehicle to get all 4 tires 4 people got up and walked out with no service rendered because of wait times then they got shitty bc of it.

Was told my car was next in line. What a coincidence. Would not recommend this location for tires, even with a drop off or appointment. Manager didn't seem to have any sense of urgency. Basically told me that it is what it is. Happy with the tire selection but will take my car elsewhere next time I need a set of tires. Word of mouth is also a huge factor for you guys. If anyone asks for recommendations for new tires, it won't be your location.
