  This location was able to grind down some corrosion on 2 wheels that was causing a slow leak and so far the tires have retained their normal air pressure.

  Front desk was very easy to speak to. Knowledgeable of their job. BUT, when it was completed I noticed driving home I had a wabble in the tire. Checked the lugs and 3 of them I could spin with my fingers. Only 2 lugs out of 5 holding my tire on. This could have ended very badly.

  Warranty tire replacement. The guy was nice and said there would be no charge and that the current warranty would extend to new tire. When I checked out another guy charged me over $40. When I went out to the car, I checked the truck and heard something fall off the trunk lid to the ground...it was my lug key which was left on my trunk lid. The donut spare that was on my car when I arrived wasn't put away. It was just thrown in the trunk on top of stuff. When I got home I noticed only 4 out of 5 of the lug nuts were installed. I called to ask about the missing one and the guy said "oh sorry the tech was in a hurry and forgot to put that on. He also acknowledged that placing the lug key on the trunk was bad and said..they get in a hurry" He said they would hold the fifth lug for me to pick it up. When I returned to pick it up. They guy on duty said "oh sorry, I threw that away. It's gone" overall the level of service was very poor in this Schererville Tire Barn

  This was a terrible experience at this location 1250 US highway schererville Indiana Tire Barn. I went in on 1/26/26 to buy four tires but I only bought two I told the service writer I was coming back for the other two in the morning I didn't get back until 1/29/26. I asked the service writer Jose Bulerin can they do a four-wheel alignment on my vehicle He said yes I told him my camber is off It's negative on there rear he again reiterated He could do the alignment. I also told him I found the tires at a lower price He told me he would give it to me if I called discount Tire to get a price for them. The price they gave me was $334 for each tire The price I paid on 1/26/26 $359.99 each tire. Jose charged me $368.99 for The other two tires on 1/29/26 I explained to him that is not a lower price. At this time the tires are on the car already He lied and said he did an alignment and did not do the alignment. He lied and told me the mechanism to let the tire down was rusted and he needed to pull the tire down in the rear to do the alignment this is a total lie. The spare tire in the rear does not have to be removed to do the alignment nor are there any rusted parts concerning the spare tire mechanism. I also took the vehicle home and tried to get the tire down It came down with ease. When I went back to the store they wanted me to get under the vehicle to take the tire down I explained to him I am the customer and I am not to do any work so you can do an alignment your technician should have the ability and knowledge to be able to do an alignment without involving the customer in doing any kind of repairs or hands-on finagling. Jose told me he did not do the alignment but he charged me anyway and to come back cuz it was under warranty. I am going to take the vehicle to another alignment specialist that had a vehicle aligned then I'm going to take this information and report this facility at 1250 US highway 41 Jose bulleran has perpetually lied and stolen money from and I want a refund. I've been on hold for 30 minutes with Monroe corporation and no one has answered the phone after several calls. Jose is running an unscrupulous and unethical business if he's stealing money from me he's stealing money from other non-knowledgeable customers. I want a refund concerning the tires pricing and I want a refund concerning the alignment fee. I am going to attempt to call Monro corporation a few more times then I'll go up the ladder

  Do not take your vehicle to this location! They are always under staffed and will say that to you. I came in for TWO wheel balancers! Took over 3 hours to do. They only put one weight on one tire and decided to not on the other. If you have a problem and want to call to speak to someone you’ll get an out sourced person from India handling the call.
