Once the part arrived, they called me and I took a couple of days to respond and when I called and booked the appointment, the part was gone again because they shipped it back. Finally after setting up another appointment and calling off for a third day, they made sure to get my part taken care of. Great desk people and personalities , but poor communication skills throughout the office.
