    Retuned my rental 1/30/2026. Check my account and was charged 450.00. Called on 1/31/2026 to inquire about the charge. Was told the bumper was hanging off and the car was in the shop. I drove there and the car was out side. First lie. Second lie the bumper was not hanging off as said by manager. Everything was intact. Took video and pictures of car. The whole time I was speaking with her she was laughing. Will be reaching out to corporate and claims Monday to provide video’s to return my money. Also disputing with bank. Not to mention she was very rude. :Update: I need your corporate number

    I had to come and make another post from my other account. The email that they are leaving under the comments are not the emails to corporate or whomever is supposed to address the negative comments. I tried to send a email using what was posted under my comment and it said it was not valid. Then whe. I look at all the other negative comments it's the same email. I called corporate and talked to a live person still want to send my complaints in through email so I will be looking for the correct email. My comment is Shanell Thomas.

    Rented a small vehicle when I arrived was told they didnt have what even though it confirmed it. I had to put air in the right tire multiple times and whenever it rain or snowed I slid all over the place almost got into an accident twice. I tell the lady this who claimed to be manager but when I was their last picking up I was told the manager was black man that was their... I only received $20 back for this. I was told I should of brought it back .. when I explained if I was told this was all yall had how would I have gotten a different vehicle. Also I worked and had no time to come back during business hrs so how could I have. Go to another enterprise or car place this place is bs and I'm reaching out to corporate
