The email that they are leaving under the comments are not the emails to corporate or whomever is supposed to address the negative comments. I tried to send a email using what was posted under my comment and it said it was not valid. Then whe. I look at all the other negative comments it's the same email. I called corporate and talked to a live person still want to send my complaints in through email so I will be looking for the correct email. My comment is Shanell Thomas.

I had to put air in the right tire multiple times and whenever it rain or snowed I slid all over the place almost got into an accident twice. I tell the lady this who claimed to be manager but when I was their last picking up I was told the manager was black man that was their... I only received $20 back for this. I was told I should of brought it back .. when I explained if I was told this was all yall had how would I have gotten a different vehicle. Also I worked and had no time to come back during business hrs so how could I have. Go to another enterprise or car place this place is bs and I'm reaching out to corporate

I spoke with the manager, Justin, who said that after an insurance claim I would be required to pay a certain amount per day. When I tried to dispute this, he told me I could go somewhere else and canceled my reservation. Please save your time and energy and go somewhere else or use a different company.
