    Service here was great and nice selection of vehicles. It was extremely busy the Sunday I picked up, but the team took their time with every customer, didn’t rush, no attitudes under pressure. Overall I would come back if I ever need a rental again.

    Terrible service! I booked a large SUV back in March for this August trip. I have the confirmation e-mail and I checked into the website yesterday. I go there today and they don’t have my confirmation the incredibly rude manager, Justin, came out and said they tried to call me. I pulled up my call log and there were ZERO calls from enterprise, I have my confirmation with the correct number on it. He said he has no large vehicles for me and that he deleted the reservation. I asked him to tell me what number he was calling and he said no cause it didn’t matter. Except it does matter if I have a Confirmation email and I checked in AND NO ONE CALLED!! Seeing as there are so many 1 star reviews for this location, one would think that maybe Justin isn’t the best manager.
