  Should be 0 stars. Charged me 698 dollars to put new rear brake pad , rotors and caliper on, told me caliper was stuck so old and rusted, mechanic listed as Phil..... fast forward 2 years took it someplace else because still making the noise and they said ...still had original parts on it and caliper was seizing, just to be sure, took it for another opinion, same thing, this guy said no way did Rochester Ford actually replace the caliper its the original Ford part. So I emailed, got no reply, called and the manager wasn't available, they called back but at that point my daughter has car at college with her and having it fixed up there. I have pictures and the receipt from them saying what parts they replaced etc. Its been suggested I take them to small claims court since the 2 other mechanics (from 2 different places) are both willing to speak on my behalf so I'm debating on the cost of that. I have been a customer for over 10 years , all our family vehicles always maintained there, but NEVER AGAIN. Can't trust them.

  Good experience overall. Would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again in the future.

  21% interest on my first car, biggest mistake of my life. All they had to do was be honest but they shook my hand and told me was the best I could do. Like an idiot I believed them. Will be paying for this mistake a long time. Don't be dumb like me.

  I can not thank the service department enough. While traveling our car broke down and they were able to get us right in and back on the road in less than two hours. They are truly amazing people there.
