    Aleck and Tom were amazing to work with. Aleck went above and beyond on his day off to make sure the vehicle I wanted to test drive was at the Rochester location when I got off work one afternoon. Him and Tom were awesome when I was ready to purchase the vehicle a couple days later. Aleck helped me set up the apps on my phone and on my new vehicle before I left the lot. He also called a couple days later to make sure everything was still working as it should. I would recommend Aleck as a salesman to anyone.

    They sold us A 2017 Jeep Patriot that we started having issues with after not even having it for a month. They charged us triple the value of the vehicle.

    Be very careful with this dealership. I brought my car in for a diagnosis and told them I suspected a faulty transmission solenoid pack based on the codes. After their “diagnosis,” they tried to sell me a $6,000 full transmission replacement, even though all the codes pointed to the solenoid pack. I took it to another shop, and within hours the issue was fixed it was the solenoid pack, exactly as suspected. Either they’re incompetent or trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Get a second opinion before trusting anything they tell you.

    Due to some bad winter weather, the staff we needed to see weren't there. However, those that were there were very helpful and left messages for the other staff to get in touch with us next week.
