- DLDesmond LesleyDec 29, 20251.0Be very careful with this dealership. I brought my car in for a diagnosis and told them I suspected a faulty transmission solenoid pack based on the codes. After their “diagnosis,” they tried to sell me a $6,000 full transmission replacement, even though all the codes pointed to the solenoid pack. I took it to another shop, and within hours the issue was fixed it was the solenoid pack, exactly as suspected. Either they’re incompetent or trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Get a second opinion before trusting anything they tell you.

The gal at the computer was cordial and able to get me an appointment for the afternoon. My car was repaired the next day and the cashier was pleasant and friendly. That’s why I take my 2014 Jeep to you for repairs.
