Upon arriving, the staff were quick, kind and pleasant. They were to the point and very professional. The communication was great with myself and between themselves. They were really on the ball and keeping each other accountable for doing things and not doing things. I had previously gone to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and it was horrible. They broke parts on my car, didnt give me all my parts back, didnt do half of what they said they did. My experience with Valvoline was AMAZING. I dont mind to pay top dollar for top dollar services, especially when the team is exceptional. And the team at this Valvoline deserves it. They went above and beyond and I truly appreciate all their efforts. From start to finish they really did a great job. THANK YOU! We will be back!
