- THTabitha HolmesFeb 12, 20261.0After creating a booking through a third party vendor and getting confirmation for a rental that everything is booked and good to go, I get a call about 5 minutes later from the local branch saying they have zero cars available. When I asked why they allow people to make reservations knowing they don't have anything available I am told they know the system is flawed and they have been talking about changing it for years but so far they haven't done anything about it. So I was left stranded without a vehicle all because Enterprise couldn't bother to alter there website to show they don't have the available vehicles for customers. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was told if I still needed a car they "might" be able to get me one tomorrow, honestly I would rather walk then wait on them to help me with anything. I will avoid Enterprise at all costs when I can help it.

When it's near zero degrees and people like to feel safe, hire 1 extra person so that phone calls are answered. I couldn't get through a few times. Forsake a few dollars to do the right thing.
