Thought we had a deal worked out. All of a sudden the terms of the deal were changed. Walked away from the deal. Very disappointing.

This is the only Camping World my family and I trust! Ask for Kobe Murphy and the business manager Joe. They are trustworthy standup guys that are just amazing humans that understand the assignment. Their lot is HUGE and BEAUTIFUL wide arrangement of options weather you're looking for a larger or smaller sized camper. We came in, we felt listened to and heard. From salesman that is unheard of. They got us exactly what we wanted and just a heads up this is the only Camping World I will come to and it's an hour away from us. There is one in Greenfield but they don't care at all. Do yourself a favor if you're in the market for an RV or camper go to Camping World Richmond and let Kobe and the guys take care of you! You won't be disappointed :)

Do NOT buy anything from this cheating location. We traded in on a consignment unit in August. I've been embarrassed to admit we bought this. Our whole experience was full of manipulation and lies. This was a consignment unit. We were led on and lied to to get us to come the 8 hours. Every answer we received on the phone was a lie. The "inspection prep" you are given no choice to buy is smoke and mirrors. They say they check things and do services but you will receive no report and no proof they did anything. They rush you in and tell you to pay attention when you ask a question because they cost a lot per hour. We were charged a fee for paying cash instead of a loan and yet a few months after we bought it when I asked them to buy it back they said "No, because a unit that age we have to have a cash buyer." And yet we paid a fee for paying cash? ROBBERY! We were told the tires were 4 years old only to discover they were 7. We've put thousands into this rig and hours fixing what they hid. They don't care if it works. They don't care if there is an old rat nest and rat skeleton behind any panels. We've fixed wire shorts and burned melted wires behind the breaker panels. If you ask maintenance questions they say "read the files" and rush you onto the next thing to get you to sign asap. Why did we buy it? I can't explain. We've been reeling over the manipulation we felt the whole day. They are slick. This wasn't our first motorhome and we felt used. It was hot. We were left to wait hours and hours until we were simply tired and broken down. That's also when someone shows up and just lingers telling you how beautiful the rig is and how lucky you are. They even make up interested buyers I'm sure weren't there. Scott was our salesman and I regret ever talking with him. You can be sure they will not check out any consignment unit and you won't get any follow up with them. They know what they are doing and no matter the buying experience you have you are no match. They do not care if you are proud of what you are buying but only that you buy it.

Buyers Beware. I purchased a Volante 25 RL in July 2023 brand new from Camping World. One year later, taking over a $9,000 loss, I wholesaled the trailer back to Camping World since I refused to sell this travel trailer to another individual or family. I saw that Camping World simply placed the trailer back on the site for sale the same day to the general public for more money than I paid for it brand new ....This was also sixteen thousand dollars more than what they paid to buy it back from me. Such a despicable company. Unfortunately this trailer was in the repair shop for more time than I ever was able to use it in the one year that I owned it. It has had the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink, theatre seating pull cables, awning, the slide cable, slide seals falling off, the slide carpet, the shower fan, crooked breakers, mislabeled fuse box, the stove, window blind pulls, etc...repair issues ... But the most concerning was a wobbly toilet. It was discovered that Keystone had cut too wide a hole in the floor under the toilet and therefore the toilet flange bolts had nothing to bite into. Keystone and Camping World played me as the monkey in the middle and refused to adequately repair. When I brought my travel trailer in for repair work July 2024, I was told by a service technician at Huber Heights Camping World that my roof had a hole and needed to be replaced for $8,000. Once Camping World figured out that a Camping World technician at a different location had dropped a tool while replacing the shower fan creating the hole in the roof membrane... Then I was told that the roof hole could just be patched. I've been directly lied to in my face by several service technicians. The GM offered to sell me a new camper at cost and I drove for 2 and 1/2 hours only to discover that was a lie too. I will never give Camping World another penny of my hard-earned money EVER! When I bought my travel trailer from Camping World I was told I had to pay $1,695 for a PDI (pre delivery inspection) walkthrough which obviously wasn't done with as many issues that the trailer has ... I was also charged $325 for a single battery and $899 extra for a hitch. So when I say buyers beware.... take heed. Do not waste your hard-earned money or be deceived by this unscrupulous company. I am a older person and this was my teacher retirement savings that I spent in order to enjoy the latter years of my life and instead it has been one of the worst experiences I have encountered. Trust no one at Camping World...And whatever you do...DO NOT buy the 2023 Volante 25RL.. It has a hole in the roof membrane and too wide of a hole cut in the floor under the toilet. My picture below is my own picture of the trailer so you can see it is the same unit....BUYERS BEWARE Update: The trailer is on sale now $38,499 I wouldnt pick it up even if it was listed as free! December 2024 Update: The trailer is now 32,999. Camping World has less than 15000 in it and I would be willing to bet it wasn't winterize. UPDATE 2025 Two years now and still trying to sell it for more than what I paid brand new....shameful business UPDATE 2026 Trailer moved to Richmond IN DO NOT BE DUPED BY CAMPING WORLD.

Overall positive experience and love the Travel Trailer I got for the family. My salesman Jeff C. Never pressured me and I really enjoyed that. Answered all the questions and helped me bring it home that weekend.
