  Sandra was extremely helpful spending .extra time to help me find the information I needed about the parts I need on the computer going above and beyond. Very helpful helping me find parts on the shelf .thanks for all the help sandra

  Half the time the store is empty, and you have to wait 10-15 minutes for somebody to come to the counter. The other half of the time they don't have the part you need, or can't find it. Cannot tell you how many times I've had to find the right part number on their own website in the time it takes their incompetent staff to look up a single part. Absolutely ridiculous.

  My fiancé and I went here today at 1:20 and the customer service was horrible! We couldn’t find anyone in this store for about 10 minutes. We thought maybe someone had gotten hurt and was gonna dial 911 because we were even yelling for someone for about 10 minutes and no one came out. Finally this guy ends up appearing from the back clearly looking as if he was bothered by our presence. He was very short and rude with his answers. He was not friendly at all then about 5 minutes later another worker came from somewhere and when she came in she knocked a few items off the rack and was looking extremely irritable. This was very concerning to say the least but either way we will not be returning. If you don’t like your job it’s simple just get another one instead of providing terrible service to paying customers.

  Great, helpful and mostly knowledgeable staff. Great deals for members and rewards points are a nice free 20 dollars every now and then
