The other half of the time they don't have the part you need, or can't find it. Cannot tell you how many times I've had to find the right part number on their own website in the time it takes their incompetent staff to look up a single part. Absolutely ridiculous.

We thought maybe someone had gotten hurt and was gonna dial 911 because we were even yelling for someone all that time. The guy did end up appearing from the back clearly looking as if he was bothered by our presence. He was very short and rude with his answers. He was not friendly at all then about 5 minutes later another worker came from somewhere and when she came in she knocked a few items off the rack and was looking extremely irritable. This was very concerning to say the least but either way we will not be returning. If you don’t like your job it’s simple just get another one instead of providing terrible service to paying customers.
