- BDBradley Duke3 days ago2.0Security is so strict with Prime Parking, they don't even want people who reserved using Guest Services to park here. Only if you paid inside. I am handicapped so have to reserve thru Guest Services, and was woken up around midnight by a bang on my door.
- DIDvin Inc4 days ago1.0Very poor experience at Pilot store #034. The pump failed to apply my rewards points after fueling — an issue that other locations fix quickly without any hassle. The cashier, Lizzie, refused to correct it, claiming she wasn’t trained. That makes no sense — this is a routine fix that gets handled manually or with a quick call at other Pilot stores. Instead of even trying to help or escalating the issue, she dismissed me with a “good night” and ended the conversation. I spend around $10,000 a month on fuel, and this is the level of service here? No effort, no accountability, and no respect for customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Avoid this location if you expect basic customer service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything moved quickly even during a busy time. The restrooms were well-maintained, which is always appreciated on the road. Fuel pumps were working properly with minimal wait. Overall, a reliable stop that makes life easier for drivers—definitely one of the better Pilot locations I’ve visited.

The lady who took my order didn’t want to help her coworker help make the customers food. She would rather bag cinnamon twists then help out. Thank you to the young man who helped me. You’re awesome! To the lady who didn’t help you should prioritize better.
