- TMTori McCawFeb 21, 20261.0I 100% do NOT recommend anyone going here, I called and told them specifically that my truck had big tires and was on a lift, that it was an old truck and EVERYTHING!! They quoted me a low price and said that was how much they were going to charge but when I came in they charged me $200 OVER what they quoted, when I looked at the receipt I told them they quoted me way less and they said because it was an older truck with big tires and it’s lifted it costs more, which isn’t a problem other than the fact that when I previously called them they said that wasn’t an issue, they didn’t even try to fix the price or ANYTHING. I went in for an alignment and they also told me their machine was down so they couldn’t print it out…which is weird because how can you do an alignment without your machine, so I DEFINITELY believe they screwed me over. I am VERY disappointed with them and their work all the way around. Will NEVER go back to them and I don’t recommend anyone else go either.
